According to our travel sponsor, Magic For Less Travel, Walt Disney World Magic Your Way packages with free dining plan have been released for Disney Visa cardholders only.

The rates are good for travel dates of August 16 – October 3, and must be booked by June 21.

This free dining promotion is the Basic plan, with a discounted upgrade to the Deluxe plan. As far as we know, Disney has not downgraded the free plan to the Quick Service plan.

We have heard that guests must check out by October 3.  Guests cannot arrive by October 3 and expect it to be good for the length of their stay  as there has been in the past.  If this changes, we will be on top of it and let you know as soon as you find out.

Your deposit must be paid with a valid Disney Visa card at the time of booking. No courtesy holds are allowed for this offer.

This rumor has been independently posted on a couple of Walt Disney World related sites so I’m pretty comfortable that there is something to it.  We are hearing  rumors that Walt Disney World will run a promotion with free dining for travel between August 15 – September 30, 2009.  If these rumors are correct, free dining will be available for booking starting on March 30th. Sources say that Disney will announce late summer free dining packages for Disney Visa cardholders on March 26, and to the general public on March 30.
