Hi guys Stephen from Sydney, Australia. Here is my review of Cruzin DCA on Segways. It is a early start for this tour you meet a cast member at 7:30 am at guest relations. They told us to stand near the letter “C” and they would find us.You are then taken to a room at the back of guest relations to watch a video about the segways and how to ride them also you have a coffee or tea and their are some pastries.

I finally received all my D23 packages after what seemed like an eternity. I signed up on March 10, 2009, the first day the D23 memberships were available, on a whim to see what all the hub bub was about.

As a passionate member of the Disney online community, I was anxious to listen and read the responses from our fellow webmasters, podcasters, bloggers, forum members and site visitors. As the Disney online community has grown at an astonishing rate over the past two years, I was expecting many contrasting views on this contentious announcement, but the response from the community even took me by surprise.

After listening to many podcasts, scanning websites and reading blogs and comments, it appears that the majority of responses can be classified into three major categories, Rants, Raves and Reservations.

As a businessman, the “3 R’s” relating to Disney’s D23 announcement made me ask myself, “If I was running Disney, what would this feedback mean to me and what would I do about it”.

While my wife and I were slow in joining D23 (we waited until March 12th to join), our oldest son who’s in college at Marquette University (Go Golden Eagles!) joined on Day 1. Today his Charter Membership Certificate arrived along with his Charter Membership Gift. The gift is a very lovely 20″ x 30″ lithograph of Mickey’s 80th Anniversary Portrait called “Putting a Smile on the World”. The Lithograph came with a Certificate of Authenticity.
