Walt Disney World Resort offered a sneak peek at an exterior makeover planned for the popular monorail line serving Epcot and the Magic Kingdom.
The transformed trains will feature futuristic motorcycle-like vehicles from the upcoming film “Tron: Legacy.” The trains will also include walls of trailing colored light.
“Tron: Legacy” is a 3D high-tech adventure set in a digital world inspired by the 1982 film, ”Tron,” starringJeff Bridges , who recently won an Oscar for his role in “Crazy Heart,” and Bruce Boxleitner (“Babylon 5″ and “Heroes”).
Bridges reprises his role as Kevin Flynn in “Tron: Legacy.” This time around, Sam Flynn ( Garrett Hedlund), the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin, looks into his father’s disappearance and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years.
